General Policies

Return Policy and Procedure:
You may return your merchandise within 30 days of the original invoice for a full refund if the merchandise is unused and unopened. Also please include all original paperwork in original box. 

Warranty/Guarantee Statement:
Bone Creek Farms warrants and guarantees that our products are during normal use, free from defect. If your product does not function as warranted contact Bone Creek Farms for a full refund.

Shipping Policy

General Shipping Guidelines
Bone Creek Farms ships all over the United States and we strive to get your order to you in a timely manner. However, there are times when we have to wait for an ordered soap to finish curing. This process could cause your order to be delayed 2-3 weeks. We use USPS to ship all orders. If you prefer a different carrier please contact us once you have ordered and we can make the necessary changes. Currently we only ship to the continental U.S. However, you are welcome to contact us for international shipping rates.
